Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with Bikor (hereinafter referred “us” or “we”), at bikormakeup.com (also referred to as the “Website”) hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on the Website. By placing an order, you enter into an agreement with us and accept these Terms and Conditions. We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms and Conditions then please immediately stop using the Website. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law
1. HOW TO SHOP ONLINE
a. Shipping country
When you enter the Website we will detect the country you are browsing from and this will be pre-selected as your shipping destination. You can change country at any time before the final check-out step.
Browse the site to select the items you like and add them to your shopping bag. Please note that all orders are subject to availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have completed all checkout steps.
You can always view, change or delete items in your shopping bag before you proceed to the checkout.
To be able to place an order from the Website you will be asked to register and provide your personal details. You must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. box addresses. You are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please update your personal details at the Website or notify us immediately by calling Bikor Customer Service or via email to email@example.com. We may change registration requirements from time to time.
The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify Bikor Customer Service immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
c. Submitting your order
Before proceeding to payment, you can review your order (including your total price inclusive of VAT and shipping charges) and make changes if needed. You may choose to provide us with contact details such as your mobile phone number or email address for delivery notification.
You are bound by your order from the moment you accept the online offer of Bikor and the conditions thereby stipulated have been fulfilled (once the order has been submitted and payment confirmed on the Website or via Bikor Customer Service order via telephone). Please note that the order will not be valid if Bikor cannot confirm the billing and shipping addresses that you provide. We also reserve the right to only accept orders from those aged over 18 years old.
Orders must be placed online, via telephone or via email to Customer Service.
The online store is available only to consumers who have been issued a valid card by a provider accepted by Bikor or with a PayPal account. You will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. The total order sum will be checked and reserved against your credit/debit card or marked as pending on your PayPal account until the time of delivering the order from our warehouse in Poland reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item, or of orders, being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
e. Order confirmation
You will receive an immediate online confirmation on your screen at the end of the checkout, as well as an email confirmation of your order from Bikor.
f. Changes to your placed order
We aim to be really fast at picking and packing, so please note that once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, you may not make any changes to your order. If you wish to make changes to your placed order, or if there is any mistake made in registering customer contact or address details when placing the order, it is your responsibility to contact Bikor Customer Service immediately.
2. PRICING POLICY AND CHARGES
Prices are shown in € (Euro) , $ ( Americans dolars ) and £ ( British pounds ) for all shipping countries.
All prices displayed in the Website include country specific Value Added Tax (VAT) and exclude shipping fees. The shipping fees will be added to the order in the checkout step and might differ based on which country your order is shipped to. You can select shipping country when entering or browsing the website, or when entering your details in the checkout step.
Orders placed against a VISA card or MasterCard can be processed online, via the telephone or via email. Orders placed against a PayPal account can only be processed online. We only accept cards with billing addresses in one of the countries that Website ships to. Please note that we cannot accept any other payment methods. When paying by card or PayPal, Bikor reserves the right to check the validity of the card or PayPal account, that there is enough balance to cover the purchase sum, and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. Bikor reserves the right to deny the purchase. Your card or PayPal account will only be debited after your order has been sent from the warehouse. The currency used is Euro (€/EUR) for all countries VAT is included in all our prices and will be updated on the Website, when you select shipping country.
Please note that all prices and product information on the Website are subject to change. We cannot provide information about, or guarantee item availability in our stores via the Website. If you are a customer whose card or PayPal account is not denominated in Euros (€), Americans dolars ($) or British pounds (£/GBP), the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer or PayPal processes the transaction.
Shipping to some countries will be subject to customs duties and additional VAT. Payments for customs services are covered by the customer and can be added upon receipt of the package.
4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
If you have already added items to your shopping bag they will not disappear if you change your shipping destination. You can change the shipping destination before you reach the checkout. Please note that all prices, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. Shipping fees specified in € (Euro), $ (USD) or £ (GBP) will be displayed in checkout. The fees per destination are as follows:
Standar Europe Delivery 10€ ( 15 USD ) ( 8 GBP)
Shipping is free for orders over 150 euro ( 200 USD ) (120 GBP).
Bikor will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. Delivery normally takes 14 working days (Monday – Friday) from the time of placing the order. Delivery times may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered, though the latest within 30 days from order date. If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, the consumer will be informed about this as quickly as possible or at the latest 30 days after the order was placed. In this case, the consumer will be given the option and has a right to terminate the agreement, free of charge. In the case of termination in accordance with this paragraph, Bikor will refund the consumer with the sum paid as quickly as possible, though at the latest within 30 days after termination. The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the consumer makes known to Bikor at the time of registering personal details and placing the order. Please note that we only ship to home or office addresses and not to P.O. box addresses.
Orders with paymnet metod "cash on delivery" is avaliable only in Poland.
5. RIGHT OF RETURN/EXCHANGE/CANCELLATION
a. Our policy
You have the right to cancel your purchases within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods, which means that you are allowed to change your mind and send back the goods you have received, without any obligations from your side, apart from the return shipping fees to our warehouse in Poland. We trust that you will treat the product and its packaging with care - please return items undamaged and unused, with all Bikor labels and tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund. For faulty items Bikor will make a full refund to you as soon as possible upon receipt of the goods and within 30 days, beginning with the date of receipt of the goods. You will find more detailed information on our returns process on the delivery note and in our Customer Service Office.
The consumer is obliged to cover the costs associated with the return of the parcel. No pickup is understood as a withdrawal from the contract and also involves the cost of returning the shipment to the Seller.
We would also like to inform you that you have the option of using out-of-court complaint and redress procedures in accordance with the Online Dispute Resolution procedure developed by the European Commission available at: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event= main.home.show.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Website. If there are colour differences between the colours shown on the website on your computer and the actual colours of the garments, this may be due to the colour reproduction on your computer.
7. TRANSPORT WARRANTY
All consignments that are sent are insured by Bikor. If you discover any damage to the package before you open it, you must report this to the forwarding company, or for shipments to our Head Office in Poland.
8. AGE LIMIT
In order to shop at the Website you must be at least 18 years old.
9. PROTECTION OF PRIVACY

10. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or with the use of the website or with any purchase on the website shall be governed by Polish law. If any local mandatory consumer law provisions are applicable, Bikor will consider such provisions and make country specific adjustments. Bikor may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any moment. You are therefore asked to accept only the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.
11. OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS
All rights, including copyrights at bikormakeup.com remain with Bikor Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.

14. TRANSLATION (PREVAIL CLAUSE)
In the event there is a conflict between this English version of the Terms and Conditions and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
