1. The customer may return goods purchased in the Store without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The returned goods should be sent back together with the invoice received with them.
2. The store guarantees the refund of an amount equal to the price of the goods.
3. In the event of effective exercise of the right of withdrawal, the contract shall be deemed not to have been concluded and the Buyer shall be free from any obligations. The Buyer's and Bikor's services shall be returned in an unchanged state, unless the change was necessary within the scope of ordinary management. The Buyer shall return the product in the same quantitative and qualitative composition, subject to the previous sentence, as received.
4. In the event of a return of an order, the Store: will refund the Customer for the returned goods within 14 days; will accept the return if it is sent to the address Bikor Makeup ul. Piastowska 83 80-363 Gdańsk; will not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
5. All payments are made by paying the nominal amount expressed in Polish zloty. In the event that the payment for the order was made from a bank account held in a foreign currency, the refund will be made to the indicated bank account in Polish zloty and then converted to the currency in which the given bank account is held, converted at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on the day of the crediting.
